Almost over!

Wednesday began my last semester ever at Bradley. It is actually insane to think that I bringing to a close 4 years here. It has been awesome. I can’t picture myself anywhere else and am so happy with the education I’ve recieved and the relationships I’ve made.

This semester is going to be a blast. I’m taking really interesting courses.  I start my week off with an American Sign Language course. I’m really thrilled to learn sign language seeing as my Grandmother is deaf. I’ve picked up a few signs over the years but I think it’ll be a really good skill to be able to communicate fully through sign language. I also am taking a philosophy course titled “Art in the human experience.”  This is to give people a new outlook on what is beautiful and why it is that way. Pretty awesome huh? Then I have 2 other psychology courses. One is child psychopathology.  This will provide more information on children with abnormalities, which will help me out in the field I want to go into which is School Psychology.  The last class is a class that is 6 years in the making. It’s called Human Sexuality. The professor is Dr. Schmitt and it is based partially on research that he has been collecting. He has done a lot of research on gender, human sexuality and love across cultures. It is going to be an awesome experience especially because he has conducted the bulk of the research on his own.  I think it is going to be an awesome class.

I’m just trying to focus on school work and make the most of my last semester here at Bradley. I hope it doesn’t go by too fast!
