Deadlines and fun times

Hey all. Let me just say, because I feel the need to, that the weather this week is supposed to be outstanding. The high today is supposed to be 65 degrees. That means shorts. I’m quite excited for that fact. Spring also means finals coming soon, and sooner than I think. I called my mom the other day to arrange how I’m getting home for the summer, and that’s when it really hit me. That I’m almost 1/4th done with my college career and how awesome it’s been. This week for me will be kind of hectic. I’m applying to become a staff member. In other words, an assistant resident advisor. I already had one interview, which was a group one. I’ve got another interview tonight with two current hall directors- and I’m a little nervous. It’s a fun job, but you’ve gotta work for it. Overall, I’m excited. Classes are going well. I’ve got a really fun beat assignment for my journalism class. I get to cover the campus administration, so I’ve got to find sources that know what’s going on. I might try to get an interview with one of the administrators, too. Guess what- I’m excited about that too! Overall it’s just really hitting me how fast time is moving. I know I keep talking about it, but it’s only because it’s true. Which reminds me, decision time is coming up for you seniors, too! May 1st is the national deadline, and if you wanna secure your place at Bradley, you’ve gotta pay your housing and enrollment fee before or on May 1st. I’d best be off to breakfast. Busy day ahead! Take care, all. Don’t hesitate to email me with any questions! PS Enjoy your last week of senior year! It’s a fun time and it goes fast (just like every thing else!)!!!
