Finals & Such

Hello again all. First and foremost, it’s snowing again here, which is outstanding. Second, it’s a Saturday, and I have some FREE TIME for once, so I figured I’d update you all on what’s going on. This week was the start of finals week, so it’s been mandatory 22 hour quiet hours on all the floors in our building…that means no yelling, being loud, playing loud music, having loud friends over, etc. The staff really takes it seriously because they have finals and projects due, too. But the silence is nice, it helps promote an atmosphere of “well, I can’t really have people over, might as well study”, so that was a positive. My finals so far haven’t been that bad. Some of my classes had projects, but those were all due back in late November, so I just brushed up on the material and really hunkered down for the finals. Everyone else on my floor has maintained a low profile, probably because they’re studying! So overall it’s been pretty quiet here on campus. I found a ride home to Ohio on Thursday the 20th, but even when I’m at home I’ll make sure to update you on the activities of wonderful Berea, Ohio. Well that’s all for now, take care!
