Fall is definitely upon us!
This past week or so the weather has started to get cold. But that’s ok! I was getting kind of tired of all the sunshine and warm air, it’s time to wear sweaters and drink hot chocolate. MIdterm grades came out last week, which is awesome because I finally got an idea of how I’m doing in my classes. Turns out that I’m actually passing! Who’d of thunk it! The really awesome thing is that the midterm grades don’t ACTUALLY count for anything, they’re just there so you can see how you’re doing and assess what classes you need to stop skipping or slacking off in. This week is also registration- when every single student on campus has to sign up for whatever classes they want to take next semester. It kind of stinks for freshman students- we technically don’t have any credit hours (unless you have AP or IB credit) so we have to register close to last. Even with that being the case, a lot of the upperclassmen I’ve talked to have said that they’ve had no troubles getting into the classes they needed or wanted, even as a 2nd semester freshman. I recently changed my major, so I’ve been looking through the course catalog and the schedule of classes to figure out how I can best spread out my major classes and my gen ed’s. I’m pretty sure that my schedule is going to ROCK next semester. That’s all I have for now. Keep warm and have fun!
